It enables brokers to source online using exactly the same screens Praxis’s own sales team use, any time of day or night, whenever they need it. It also produces KFIs, requests DIPs, submits full cases to Praxis and provides comprehensive case tracking.
Sophisticated data transfer features mean that inputted information is transferred between the parts of the system. This reduces the need to duplicate work, saves valuable time for the broker and speeds up the processing of the case, according to Praxis. The company is currently working with several lenders to integrate the software with their systems, which will allow further benefits.
A number of training events are being planned to help brokers make the most of the system. Praxis will continue to deal with business via traditional sources – phone, fax and e-mail, but anticipate an increased amount of business being submitted online via the new platform once brokers become familiar with it.
Arif Darr, managing director said: “This is the end result of a year’s worth of development and a significant investment by Praxis. We now have a system that puts us right up there with the most advanced packagers. Technology is going to play a massive part in this industry as the economic climate brightens. The companies who have invested heavily in IT will be the ones who survive and thrive. In FastFoward we have a system that is ‘future-proof’ and that provides a solid platform for us and for our customers’ businesses going forwards.”
