The new range saw a rising volume of enquiries over the past week which led to the appointment.
Further criteria enhancements, which have just been announced, have added to the important need to answer broker queries and deal with new applications according to Precise.
The new highlights include:
• Latest enhancement for FTBs – including new build properties and flats
• Gifted deposits now accepted
