Liza Campion, a specialist in first charge sales, and James Briggs who specialises in seconds have both been appointed national sales managers while Jamie Pritchard and Richard Keen will be responsible for network and club distribution relationships.
Sundeep Patel will cover the London market while Kevin Beale will specialise in new build. All will report to Roger Morris, director of sales.
Gareth Lewis and Chris Parr are unaffected by the changes and continue to focus on bridging.
Alan Cleary, managing director of Precise Mortgages, said: “We have been encouraging our key intermediary partners to distribute all of our product lines and this change is partly reacting to that shift.
“However, we also recognise that the first and second charge markets will be closely aligned from next year and we want to be ahead of the game.
“Bringing our sales teams together makes sense because brokers will be considering the two markets as one when the Mortgage Credit Directive hits and we want to be best placed to support them.”
