Precise, which trades under Charter Court Financial Services Limited, was established in 2008 along with sister company and asset trader Exact Mortgage Experts.
Both have experienced considerable success throughout the recession. The total workforce has increased by 29% in the last six months alone and the group currently employs 187 people.
Its latest expansion ensures that Precise Mortgages has the capacity for further recruitment.
The opening of the second office is another part of a regional success story, which has seen Wolverhampton and the surrounding area experiencing unprecedented development.
Jaguar Motors recently moved to offices nearby and the business park itself recently received a £6m investment pledge from the government.
