The products, available through a select group of packagers, offer a valuation refund and cashback and come with an 85% alternative.
Alan Cleary, managing director of Precise Mortgages, said: "We are very well supported by our packager panel and we intend to increase the products available to them."
All products are open to first-time buyers and have no new build restrictions.
