There are numerous gifts on offer such as reductions to product fees for customers, additional procuration fees for brokers, marketing tips to help brokers improve their businesses and for the unlucky brokers, a lunch with Precise Mortgages MD, Alan Cleary.
Any broker submitting a case to the lender will receive an email detailing the gift allocated to the case.
Alan Cleary, managing director of Precise Mortgages said: “Many brokers are not aware of the options available to their customers who do not fit high street lender’s criteria. Our campaign is designed to help highlight these options and this is a fun way of doing this.”
