More than likely, Labour will come in third place when the total of councillors are added up
I also predict that as from June 1st when the Home Information Pack becomes Law, professional Solicitors, qualified Surveyors, experienced Estate Agents, the Land Registry ,Mortgage lenders and local Authorities will attempt a 'Go Slow'. Not out of any spite towards the general public but as a protest against this Government who will not listen to advice from the professionals.

Homeowners will not be putting their houses up for sale unless it is essential and buyers will find the Packs rather pointless in that they still need the help of a Solicitor to approve the documents, may want their own survey or have to pay for one in respect of any loan or mortgage. In need, vendors and agents can in fact make a charge for providing an Information Pack if in paper form.
We could see the property market grind to an almost halt.
Hardly anyone wants Gordon Brown as Prime Minster, as we the public know full well, he is no better than Tony Blair in fact may well be a lot worse.
Therefore we urgently need a General Election and the battle will be between the Conservatives and Liberal Democrats especially if the Green Party merged with the Lib/Dems as could Respect.
Whilst UKIP may attract some disillusioned Tories although to anyone who studies politics, the UKIP are coming unstuck.

I think it is time that the Liberal Democrats are given the opportunity to 'try' and sort out the utter confusion and mess the Conservatives and Labour have left us in. It won't be easy, but they could not make such a 'dogs dinner' of almost everything, as the other 2 main Political Parties have done.
We saw Tony Blair turn old Labour into a second Conservative Party and now David Cameron wants, so it would seem, simply be another New Labour equal. Whereas we the people deserve better, after all, we pay the bills.
Can we wait another 2 or 3 years of more lies and cover-ups?
