The annual sessions start today in Southampton, with further meetings in Manchester, London, Bristol, Birmingham and Ayrshire throughout May.
This year the Quality Circles combines the morning feedback session with a relationship-building event in the afternoon. Key intermediaries have been invited to the event of their choice, choosing from:a round of golf at one of three top courses around the UK, an afternoon at Chester Races, Test Track Driving in Yeovil, or wine tasting in London.
Roger Taylor, director of sales and marketing at Preferred, said: "We are continually striving to improve our service and, once again, we are keen to receive genuine and informative feedback from our intermediaries. It is important for us to know what we are getting right so we can continue doing it and, more importantly, to learn of any areas that we should look to review."
Following the 2005 Quality Circles, Preferred listened to the feedback and acted on it. A number of subsequent changes were made including the introduction of an IT Helpdesk to provide specific and targeted intermediary support.
