Greenland has worked in Human Resources for 19 years, fulfilling various roles within several service industries and culminating in a number of senior roles within retail. Prior to joining Preferred, she spent 14 years working for Debenhams.
Her last position there was Employee Relations Manager: a new role with responsibility for the creation and development of an ER function, and the development of a wide range of commercially driven HR policies and processes. She has also held Human Resources positions at Sealink Stena Line and BHS.
Greenland says: ‘This is an exciting opportunity to apply the knowledge and experience I have acquired in my previous roles to a growing company within the mortgage industry. Along with the rest of the HR department, I aim to make Preferred a leading employer within the non-conforming sector, and I’m looking forward to working closely with the rest of the business to achieve this."
