Premier online statements

The latest in a string of service-led IT initiatives means the company’s key intermediaries can opt to have the updates sent to them at the end of each day, either as a simple HTML statement or as a data file that can be directly imported into the broker’s accounts system.

Last month Premier Protection launched daily commission payments, electronically transferring money to broker bank accounts every morning. The new electronic statements means Premier members can keep up to date on the payments they have received and fees outstanding.

Mike Cooke, Director of Premier Connections, said: “Premier is using technology to improve the level of service it provides intermediaries. Being paid on time and knowing when payments are due is vital to brokers as it is the foundation of a good relationship.”
