Prestbury will make eConveyancer’s HIPs service, which is being marketed under the ehips brand, available to all of its members, at a cost of £225+ VAT for a basic HIP if sold along with a conveyancing service, or £275 + VAT if sold as a standalone package. A range of optional extras such as home condition reports, environmental searches and deferred payment options are also being made available and will be priced on a menu basis.
