One of the main drivers for this was Primrose's Evaluate system, an online sourcing and application system for non-conforming loans.
Having built up its business focusing on the secured loan market, Bright launched their first charge proposition earlier this year and have spent some time hand-picking the systems to enable them to become successful in this market.
Julian Entwistle, managing director of Bright Mortgages, said: “Evaluate is proved to be a reliable tool that is easy to use and offers unambiguous, accurate decisions and tailored lists of documentation. It removes confusion, subjectivity and error when sourcing deals, and enables us to be clear with the applicants. We have also been pleased by the service offered by Primrose and the willingness to listen to any problems that arise and to resolve them quickly”
Andy Williams, managing director at Primrose, said: “We are delighted to be recognised as one of Bright’s key business partners. This is another example of a major broker firm selecting the Evaluate system because they recognise the need for fast and reliable sourcing of non-conforming mortgages.”
