Principality Commercial provides funding for the acquisition and re-financing of investment properties such as offices, industrial, retail and residential. They also fund residential developments and commercial developments, and are a committed player in the affordable housing sector.
The division is an important part of the Society’s business model providing a diversity of earnings but also the projects it funds are consistent with its ethos of investing in its own communities and supporting the Welsh housing agenda.
Peter Hughes, managing director at Principality Commercial, said: “We have built a reputation over the past 15 years for delivering tailored commercial property funding solutions and I’m happy that we now have in place a strong senior management team to help implement our strategy. Jan, Jim and John bring with them vast amounts of knowledge and expertise in key areas to the business. I am sure they will help us flourish in the future.”
