Biddle has almost 20 years’ experience in the industry which includes roles at Barclays, Santander and Lloyds Banking Group.
Promise’s commercial department specialises in all aspects of commercial finance including high street mortgages, specialist mortgages, bridging facilities, asset finance and invoice factoring, development loans and unsecured business finance.
Steve Walker, Promise’s managing director, said: “Marc first worked for me at Purple Loans back in 1997 and has since gone on to work with some of the leading names in the banking industry.
“I am delighted to be working with him once again and look forward to seeing him use his expertise in commercial finance to further grow the commercial department.”
