The latest installment of the Sunday Times Rich List was published yesterday with many well know UK property and finance figures making an appearance.

Elsewhere Together owner Henery Moser slipped down the rankings to 156th place, down from 104th place in 2020. Overall his wealth stands at £1.102bn.
Moser, who is originally from Bury, worked on market stalls before setting up his business in 1974.
As a specialist mortgage lender he added a number of bolt-on businesses including Lancashire Mortgage Corporation and Cheshire Mortgage Corporation before setting up Manchester-based Jerrold Holdings in the early 2000s. Jerrold was later rebranded as Together in 2015.
Also on the list are Masthaven Bank funders Mark Pears and family who drop from 47th place to 52nd with a wealth of £3.2bn.
Meanwhile, Moneysupermarket.com founder Simon Nixon saw his place in the rankings climb as he moved up from 105th to 91st place.
Whilst property moguls David and Simon Reuben remain in 2nd place on the list with a wealth of £21.465bn.
The Duke of Westminister whose family’s property empire includes 300 acres of Mayfair and Belgravia as well as land in more than 60 cities around the world moves down two places to 12th.
Jon Hunt, founder of estate agency Foxtons, comes in at 126th and Henning Conle and family, owners of almost £2bn of prime real estate in central London, including the Liberty of London building come in at 148th.
Fawn and India Rose James, owners of Soho estates, come in at 222nd.
