There are nine awards across three categories, covering learners, agents, employers and training providers from across the country.
The shortlist has been revealed ahead of the Propertymark Qualifications Awards, which celebrates the best of professional learning and the highest qualification achievements in the industry.
The judging panels were made up of practising industry professionals from both Propertymark Qualifications and Propertymark.

Learner of the Year recognises those that have embraced their learning with passion and shown commitment to applying their acquired skills in either continuing studies or in an employment context.
The shortlist is: Eva Ferdinando from Avery Estate Agents; Penelope Preston from Johnsons Property Consultants; Olivia Akers from X1 Lettings.
Rising Star recognises learners with less than three years in the industry, who have delivered tangible benefits to their employer and are recognised as future leaders.
The shortlist is: Becky Phelps from Johnsons Property Consultants; Kanying Li from Bee Property Investment; Puja Mehra from 99home.
Employer of the Year recognises an employer for supporting its employees in working towards and achieving a qualification or apprenticeship assessment with Propertymark Qualifications, and making lifelong learning and professional development central to the business.
The shortlist is: Neil Kurz – Neil Douglas Lettings; Charlie Perdios – Anthony Pepe; Jason Watkin – Thornley Groves Estate Agents.
A further five outstanding performance Awards have been selected based on performance in exams and apprenticeship assessments between January 2019 and December 2020.
Lettings Candidate of the Year includes learners that have completed inventory and tenancy deposit qualifications.
Sales Candidate of the Year rewards those that have achieved residential and commercial qualifications.
Auctioneering Candidate of the Year marks outstanding achievement on successful achievement of a chattels or property auctioneering qualifications.
With the increase in take up of the Level 4 Qualifications and the start of Propertymark Qualifications’ Apprenticeship Assessment Service, two new Awards in 2021 will recognise the achievements of Propertymark Qualifications’ Level 4 learners and Junior Estate Agent Apprentices.
Propertymark Qualifications is also presenting a Lifelong Achievement Award which will be announced on the day.

The Awards reception will take place on Monday 6 December 2021 at Aloft London Excel.
Winners will also be celebrated at the ARLA Propertymark Conference and Exhibition on 7 December.
