This is the second in a series which benchmarks 12 of the UK’s leading insurance providers across 10 key areas.
Independent protection technical and research service Protection Guru has rated Guardian, AIG and Aviva for their abilities to support protection advisers and their clients in ten key operational areas, in the second report of its kind.
Guardian received an overall score of 6/10, whilst AIG and Aviva both received 5.7/10.
This is the second in a series which benchmarks 12 of the UK’s leading insurance providers across 10 key areas where advisers and clients interact with their insurer.
The first three insurers to be included were Zurich (7.3), The Exeter (6.6) and Scottish Widows (6.3).
