Development loan business Puma Property Finance has provided a £14m development loan, in order to gun a 37-unit residential scheme in Gosforth, Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
The development will comprise approximately 65,000 square foot of accommodation, and is scheduled to complete at the end of 2021.
