The role has been created to coordinate the service that brokers can expect when they deal with QDL.
Having worked for Royal Mail as logistics manager for 5 years, she was responsible for setting the service benchmarks at a variety of call centre operations involving the provision of good service to both business and the public. More recently Jackie has provided project management in setting up a number of customer service operations, and before joining QDL had just finished project work in Spain for overseas estate agents, Medsea.
