Richard, who is based at the company’s headquarters in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, will report into Managing Director, Mitchell Philpott, and will take overall responsibility for product management and development, and customer support and services.
Richard joins from Avaya, a global business telecom manufacturer, where he held the position of Director of Quality and Customer Support for the SME business division. In this role, he was in charge of the qualification and customer support of a wide range of systems, and well as being tasked with overseeing ISO9001 and continuous improvement of the division.
