The Quest QComps system will also be on show, which provides Land Registry house price comparables for use in the valuation process.
Quest is inviting visitors to see the live web-based systems in place, to demonstrate how to access the required contents of the HIP using Quest’s online technologies. The Quest HIP tools are already in use by HIP Providers who are delivering live packs to the industry and consumers. In addition, the BRE have partnered with Quest to supply the technology infrastructure for the Home Inspector Certification Scheme.
Tom Parker, managing director of Quest Associates, commented: “We look forward to welcoming visitors to the show in order to demonstrate the wide range of advanced HIP and valuation related technologies we have available at Quest. Our systems help organisations streamline the property transaction process, by automating many procedures and providing instant, online access to key property data and HIP documentation.”
