Quest will also demonstrate its Energy Performance Certificate solution, which enables Home Inspectors to input the energy details of a particularly property and instantly receive a Home Energy Report and Energy Rating. The report, which will be mandatory in Home Information Packs, includes cost effective recommendations for improving the energy efficiency of the property.

Demonstrations will be available throughout the exhibition, in addition to a range of mobile tools and handheld devices that enable property professionals to capture the critical contents of Home Information Packs, whilst working remotely or out on location.
