The new technology includes an environmental risk assessment tool for mortgage valuation instructions; an AVM-filter system that intelligently analyses valuations; a green mortgage and mobile EPC site note generation tool; and a fraud prevention analysis suite.
Visitors to Quest's stand (A32) will benefit from demonstration. In addition, visitors will also have the opportunity to win an iPod Touch by testing their reflexes and skill on a retro Addams Family pinball machine.
Tom Parker, managing director of Quest Associates said: “We are pleased to be able to launch a number of exciting new products at this year’s Mortgage Business Expo – particularly as it’s our 25th anniversary.
"The products are designed to assist surveyors in the mortgage valuation process and deliver more detailed information that will enable them to provide a more accurate property valuation.
"The environmental risk tool will alert surveyors to any potential risks associated with the property that may not be visually apparent, in addition we are particularly excited about the fraud prevention analysis suite that will add a new layer of reassurance and security to the mortgage industry.”
