The facility, which can now be found at www.mortgageintroducer.com allows any mortgage intermediary access, and will provide indicative quotes from a panel of 15 secured loan lenders and providers.
Since its launch on the loanoptions.co.uk website it has helped to accelerate business volumes from the intermediary market for the lender. Also by using the facility on the Mortgage Introducer website, intermediaries can claim a further 0.5 per cent commission.
Andy Moody, managing director of Loanoptions.co.uk, welcomed the move and said it would interest the number of intermediaries looking at the secured loans market.
He commented: “We want to bring this facility to the maximum number of intermediaries and having the Quick Quote facility available on Mortgage Introducer’s website means that more brokers will get the chance to see how easy it is to provide indicative quotes for clients in this increasingly important market niche.”
