Bridging experts from Precise Mortgages, Amicus, the ASTL and others will form a panel to debate the key issues facing brokers in the specialist lending market at tomorrow’s show.
As well as a live debate, members of the audience will have the opportunity to face off with lenders.
Bridging Introducer Live will take place at 12 noon in front of an audience of brokers from around the mortgage industry and during the initial part of the debate will cover ethical standards in the bridging market, the distribution power balance and the flood of incoming regulation to the specialist sector.
The panel will be chaired by Mortgage Introducer and Bridging Introducer deputy editor Sarah Davidson and includes expert commentators from Precise Mortgages, Amicus, Funding 365, Bridgebank, Hope Capital, Finance 4 Business and Channel Equity Finance.
Benson Hersch, chief executive of the Association of Short Term Lenders – the trade body for bridging, will also be on the panel.
Robyn Hall, publishing editor of Mortgage Introducer and Bridging Introducer, said: “MBE is a great opportunity to have one-on-ones with the guys in charge of the lenders you do business with.
“We’d encourage any broker that does business in the short-term, second charge or buy-to-let markets to come along to this session and put the experts to the test.”
Mortgage Business Expo is being held on 7 October 2015 in London’s Barbican Centre.
