Pearson will join RBS from 1 May. He was formerly sales and marketing director at BM Solutions and will replace Caroline Marsh who is leaving the Group.
Commenting on his appointment, Craig Donaldson, managing director, mortgages, Royal Bank of Scotland, said: “I am delighted that Chris will be joining us. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the intermediary market and I am looking forward to him developing the whole RBS intermediary mortgage proposition.
