The move represents a major expansion for NGM as it sets about consolidating its position in Wales as the premier specialist packaging organisation. Seven new positions have been created covering the Midlands, the North, the South, the Home Counties and North London.
“We are growing at a rapid rate and we want to appoint a team of business development managers which will enable us to provide an even better service to our intermediaries,” commented Terry Markham, NGM’s managing director. “We have taken a long hard look at the needs of our intermediaries – that’s why we have decided to inject new blood now.
“The role of our BDM’s will be evolving. They will become much more than a contact point for our intermediaries. These are the people that brokers and IFAs will turn to when they want real assistance in developing their own businesses.”
