Tom Wright joins from Persimmon.
Tom Wright has been appointed managing director for Redrow's Eastern division.
Wright joins from Persimmon where he was managing director at the housebuilder's South East division for five years.
In the role, Wright will be responsible for the delivery of nine active outlets Redrow's Eastern division currently has across Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
Wright commented on his appointment: “It is fantastic to join Redrow, they have a great reputation for building quality homes and have a clear commitment to important placemaking principles.
"I have learnt a great deal over the last 20 years of working in the industry and look forward to using this to build on the success of Redrow’s Eastern division.
“I have had a great welcome from my new colleagues, who have already demonstrated their knowledge, passion and commitment to the sector.”
Chris Lilley, regional chief executive at Redrow and who Wright will report into, added: “Tom makes an excellent addition to our Eastern division and we are delighted to welcome him to Redrow.
"He comes with a wealth of knowledge and is well equipped for taking the division forward as we look to purchase more land in the region and increase the number of new homes delivered annually to 600 by 2022.”
