Sam Howard has been made chief operating office of the development finance lender.
Development finance lender Regentsmead has appointed Sam Howard as chief operating officer.
Howard joined the company in 2011 after completing an MBA from Said Business School, Oxford and has been a director at the company since 2015.
He has a background in property law and managing property portfolios followingtime spent at Westfield Corp.
Howard said “I am delighted to take on this new role and help drive Regentsmead forward, a business that originated in 1934 and today is laser-focused on providing our clients and broker partners with the benefit of our unparalleled experience and fast and flexible service. I am looking forward to ensuring Regentsmead continues to flourish at a time when our experience and proprietary funds are more important for the industry than ever”.
Ashley Ilsen, Regentsmead’s head of lending, added: “It’s great to get Sam on board at such an exciting time for the business. The pipeline has been excellent over the last few months and we expect the loan book to grow again this year. Over the last few years we’ve gone from strength to strength.
