The SRE module develops the core competencies required by those who are supervising staff working in a regulated environment. The syllabus covers the principles of management, training and competence, team development and
performance management in the regulated sales environment.
"Effective supervision of staff is critical to the success of any business but is often only looked at in generic management style training," said Mark Roberts, head of faculty - Financial Regulation, at the ifs.
"The new SRE module has been specifically tailored to the needs of our own industry and develops the core competencies essential to anyone supervising in a regulated environment."
