She has over 30 years of experience as an adviser
Foundation Home Loans has announced the appointment of Ginny English (pictured) as the new regional account manager for its specialist residential mortgage brand, Residential by Foundation.
English, who has over 30 years of experience as a mortgage adviser working both within lending institutions and independently, brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position. She previously worked as an internal business development manager at Foundation for two years.
She has been promoted to the role to foster and enhance relationships with advisory firms throughout the region, specifically focusing on promoting the Residential by Foundation product range. She will oversee the East of England region, under the supervision of Keith Jones, national sales manager.
“We are very pleased to have brought Ginny across to this role as a regional account manager,” Jones said. “Her knowledge of Foundation’s criteria is comprehensive and her lifelong experience in the industry within both lenders and as an adviser means she has an expertise which is second-to-none.
“Most importantly, she has an empathy and approachability which makes her a delight to work with, and with her ‘can-do’ attitude, I have no doubt she will be of immeasurable support to the specialist residential mortgage advisers in her region.”
Commenting on her appointment, English said she was delighted to be starting the new role which would enable her to reach out to so many more advisers both face-to-face and online in the East of England.
“I look forward to building valuable relationships, and to be able to bring the Residential by Foundation brand and product offering into the lives of many more firms and their specialist residential clients,” she added.
Residential by Foundation provides specialised mortgage products for residential borrowers who narrowly miss qualifying for mainstream loans. This includes tailored products for professionals, key workers, the self-employed, and those in F1 through F4 credit tiers looking to purchase or remortgage.
