Mortgage Introducer (MI) has announced the UK’s 5-Star Lenders for 2023, those that have delivered crucial service and support for their broker partners despite market volatility.
MI identified this year’s top mortgage lenders by reaching out to brokers across the UK and asking them to weigh in on key aspects of the broker-lender relationship, including interest rates, turnaround times, customer service, technology, load programs, and marketing. Those that earned an average score of four or higher were included in the second annual 5-Star Lenders awards.

This year’s MI 5-Star Lenders were recognised for earning the trust and confidence of the broking community.
According to brokers interviewed by the MI team, the UK’s 5-Star Lenders have thrived by focusing on:
- fair pricing for clients;
- streamlined processes;
- reasonable turnaround times;
- comprehensive and responsive underwriting; and
- outstanding customer service.
