Steve Goodall, managing director of Legal & General Surveying Services, and Michael Stoop, managing director of Legal & General Franchising Ltd, Xperience, have both been recognised by RICS.
The Fellowship is the highest award that can be bestowed on its members and is a mark of distinction, symbolising the highest standard of success, achievement and expertise according to RICS.
Goodall has been managing director of LGSS for nine years and was awarded the Fellowship in recognition of his service to the industry.
He said: “I am personally delighted to have been made a Fellow of RICS and believe this award recognises the on-going commitment, passion and innovation demonstrated by the LGSS team in progressing our industry during the past decade, cementing our place as a respected name in the residential survey and valuation market.”
Stoop, who has been with Legal & General for 20 years, has 37 years’ worth of experience in the estate agency and franchising industry and has been recognised by RICS as an ‘Eminent Person’ in the sector.
Stoop said: “I am extremely pleased to have been given this honour. Since starting with Legal & General 19 years ago, the franchising business has changed and developed hugely and I think this award goes to highlight the brilliant work undertaken by everyone in the Xperience team.”
