The highlights include:
• Revenue up 10% on previous three months to £855,000 (£775,000 Q2).
• Another 130 estate agents have signed up to Rightmove on long-term (1 year-plus) contracts, including the London agent Townends.
• The launch of a new homes service with Bryant being the first of many housebuilders to list all developments on the Rightmove.co.uk site.
• More than 150,000 properties on site for the first time since introduction of charging by Rightmove.co.uk in January 2002.
Commenting on the results, Harry Hill, chairman of Rightmove, said: “These results confirm that Rightmove is fulfilling its potential for rapid growth. The business has moved into profit, unlike its main competitors. Our member estate agents are receiving an average of 100 enquiries each month as a result of Rightmove.”
