Ringley Group has launched its estate and block management offering Ringley Prime with the appointment of Lee Gregori as CEO.
Ringley Group has launched its estate and block management offering Ringley Prime, which focuses on luxury London properties, with the appointment of Lee Gregori as CEO.
Gregori joins from Warwick Estates Property Management, where he was an associate director and previously head of development operations.
He also created Warwick Premier, and was responsible for building a £3m pipeline of properties to manage, with £1.5m of active property under management secured within two and a half years.
Prior to Warwick Estates, Gregori was in the estate management division of FTSE-100 housebuilder Berkley Group, where he was focused on the operations of the firms Prime Central London (PCL) portfolio.
As chief executive of Ringley Prime, Gregori will be responsible for building relationships with developers, contractors and housebuilders within the capitals most exclusive neighbourhoods.
Lee started his career in property at Ringley in 2010, where he held roles in both the professional services team and as a property manager.
His appointment comes soon after Ringley announced Jon Curtis, an expert in the EWS1 process, as the head of its building engineering division.
Mary-Anne Bowring, group managing director at Ringley, said: “We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Lee as chief executive of Ringley Prime, a newly launched business division that builds on our recent growth despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.
“Lee will be responsible for building up the brand of Ringley Prime while creating new relationships with developers, housebuilders and contractors, and having already secured a number of exciting new opportunities, we are confident he will succeed.”
Gregori said: “I am excited to have rejoined Ringley Group having gained valuable experience from both client and developer sides of the table.
"Ringley benefits from its bespoke system and highly-experienced senior leadership team and I am grateful to work alongside these people.
“In my new position, I'll be playing a pivotal role in developing and strengthening client relationships and bringing additional expertise that complement an already strong team.”
