A new building project in Romford to convert a disused office building into residential apartments has been completed with help from Robert Sterling Surveyors.
The project featured a collaboration between Amicus Property Finance and Robert Sterling, which ensured funding was available to convert two, five-storey office buildings.
Arwel Griffith, partner at Robert Sterling, said: “Amicus needed to have confidence in our valuation to be able to lend and the developer needs to have trust in the valuer’s skills and knowledge to underwrite such a project.”
The development of ‘Verve apartments’ led to more than 75 flats being pre-sold off plan.
