The former managing director of Bright Grey and Scottish Provident will presents an interview-based show with well-known experts to debate the key topics within the industry.
Conversations will explore what can be done to make protection and finance more accessible to consumers, while it will also discuss marketing, communications and propositions, financial and protection products, business models and campaigns.
The first show, with marketing and communications consultant Lucian Camp, is available on the Roger Edwards website or via iTunes.
Edwards said: "Advisers are constantly bombarded with content in all sorts of formats, but accessing it doesn't always fit in with a busy schedule.
“I wanted to create meaningful conversations they could tap into in a convenient form that can be accessed in the car on the train or on the treadmill.
"My aim is to make sure that listeners will get one or two big ideas that they can apply to their own business, whether it is a sales idea, advice idea, product tweak or simply an app that is worth looking at.
"I felt there was a gap in the market for an interview based podcast dedicated to marketing and business ideas for financial services professionals."
The 30-minute podcast will present a new interview with financial services providers, advisers, experts and journalists every week.
