The Manchester-based bridging and finance lender has also launched a special 1.75% commission rate for applications made between 7 and 30 September.
Hart has worked in finance for 19 years, while previous roles include working at unsecured and secured lender Beneficial Finance and as a branch manager for both the Co-operative Bank and Secured Trust Bank. Roma said she has proven expertise in customer and client relationship management, business development, audit, compliance and underwriting.
