Boost includes the newly formed 'change team'
Roma Finance has grown its teams further with eight new appointments and three promotions.
The lender announced that Alan Collins and Saffron Abbot have both joined its business development team, with the former assigned in the Mid-South of England and the latter in the North of England and Scotland. Collins joins the business from Market Financial Solutions and is a bridging and commercial specialist, while Abbot has a decade of significant property experience.
Kai Shahban, who brings a wealth of experience in the commercial market, has strengthened the underwriting team, joining the RomaFLOW crew. Alisha Chu has joined sales support, Claire Taylor and Nicola Cox have both joined customer services and collections, while Clare Greenhalgh has joined the executive team.
Roma also welcomed Adam Bates as business architect, joining the newly formed ‘change team’.
Promotions have been made internally too as part of the change team too – Beth Brook to business analyst, Jenny Gillies to engagement and HR specialist, and Tina Parry to data quality lead.
Michael Allison (pictured), operations director at Roma Finance, was delighted to welcome every new Roma team member.
“I am thrilled with the construction of the change team, developing people within the business to maximise their full potential,” Allison said. “We love to lend, and we are ongoing in our improvements to support our partners and borrowers and provide a truly more extraordinary experience.”
