The move follows the recent announcement of Ginny Darrow as CEO and addition of Jonathan Naylor, managing director, and Mark Davies, finance director, to the Board.
Beech, previously Rooftop’s sales and marketing director, is appointed to the role of business development director and will lead the integration of sales and marketing functions in the specialist lender’s Southend and London offices. Alison will continue to have responsibility for origination, distribution, lending support, product development and all sales and marketing activities.
Garrard joins as sales director, reporting to Alison, and will be responsible for the sales force and managing and developing new and existing relationships. He will work closely with Alison to integrate all of Rooftop's distribution channels into London. Guy brings a wealth of sales experience from both the lending and packaging industries joining from em-financial and having been previously with GMAC.
