Partnership is set to enhance employee well-being
Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA), an independent mortgage, protection, and financial planning network, has entered into a new partnership with Six Mental Health Addiction (Six MHA).
The collaboration aims to bolster mental health support for Rosemount’s staff and its network of financial advisers across the country.
Founded by former Arsenal and England captain Tony Adams, Six MHA is dedicated to promoting mental health through various initiatives. The organisation offers seminars, awareness programmes, and workshops designed to foster mentally healthy workplaces. Additionally, Six MHA provides helplines staffed by qualified therapists, a nationwide network of counsellors for one-to-one sessions, and access to a residential treatment centre.
Under the new partnership, Rosemount Financial Solutions’ employees and advisers will benefit from Six MHA’s comprehensive mental health services. The initiative highlights Rosemount’s commitment to supporting the mental well-being of its workforce and advisers, recognising the unique pressures associated with financial advisory roles.
