Alistair Welham has been appointed as the head of sales & marketing, adding the sales area to his existing responsibilities in marketing.
Reporting to Alistair, as national sales manager, is Mike Taylor who has a long and respected career with the Derbyshire Group and expands his responsibilities of key account management to now include the residential sales team.
Tony Capon is moving to take up a new role with the business as strategy consultant and will be working with Brian Carney, Salt’s managing director, on business development.
Having joined the company last year as head of marketing, Alistair now assumes responsibility for all sales activities and will bring his experience of residential and non-conforming finance to bear on Salt’s residential mortgage business.
