New buy-to-lets include 2-year fixes at 2.29% to 60% loan-to-value and 2.84% to 75% LTV, and a 60% LTV 5-year fix at 3.29%, all with a £1995 booking fee.
Large loan products on mortgages up to £3m 60% LTV 2-year fixes stand at 1.79%, 5-year fixes cost 2.84% and 2-year trackers are 1.84%, all with a £1995 fee.
