This is SPF’s 12th office to open up in the UK.
The new office hopes to build on its relationship with FPD Savills offices which are already in operation close by in Southampton, Canford Cliffs (near Poole), Winchester and Wimborne.
As well as looking after referral business from the above offices, SPF Southampton hopes to offer mortgage and financial planning advice to those who live in Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex. At present these areas are covered by Savills Private Finance in Guildford.
