SBG appoints board member

Criticos is a qualified actuary with over 25 years industry experience, predominantly in the investment sector and has held senior roles for companies including Royal & Sun Alliance, ISIS Asset Management and F&C REIT Asset Management where he is currently chief executive.

Ivan Martin, executive chairman of Sesame Bankhall Group, said: “We are pleased to welcome Nick to the SBG board.

SBG also confirmed the departure of Mike Chadwick who will be leaving his role as an independent non-executive director on the SBG board at the end of March 2013, after six years.

Martin continued: “At the same time, we also say goodbye to Mike Chadwick. Mike has worked with the group for six years and during that time we have benefited from his valuable contribution, insight and leadership.

“We would like to thank Mike for his loyal commitment and wish him well for the future.”

Criticos' appointment is subject to approval by the Financial Services Authority.
