Members of the team who handle commercial mortgage deals will form the new department, which will sit in the commercial mortgages division.
The members, which manage client portfolios post-completion, is comprised of three portfolio officers, two short-term loan officers, an administrator and a retention offer.

Customer operations manager Laura Mortlock will oversee the loan management team.
