In her new role Bates will act as a point of referral for post-completion applications and enquiries while she will be tasked with ensuring Service Level Agreements are adhered to.
Bates said: “I have worked in a variety of roles within the mortgage lending sector, both in the UK and Australia, and it’s incredibly satisfying to be able to develop my knowledge and experience further with this promotion.
“Brokers are vital to our business model and I relish the scope this new role provides to help their cases continue smoothly post-completion.”
Joylie has 15 years of mortgage lending experience in Australia, while since joining Shawbrook in July 2014 she has worked within the Operations Team as a commercial loans portfolio officer.
