The promotion was made to recognise Karen’s dedication to the growth of Shawbrook’s commercial mortgage business. Under Karen’s leadership, Shawbrook’s field sales team has doubled in size, ensuring that it continues to offer the same level of one-on-one support for its brokers.
Karen’s commitment to the broker community has also seen her develop Shawbrook’s Strategic Partner programme for brokers who have achieved the published benchmarks with regards to both quantity of business and quality of conversions.
Karen has also taken a lead role overhauling the bank’s product range, working closely with brokers to ensure Shawbrook’s products always meet the demands of the market.
