Three quarters (75.7%) of short-term applications went through within four hours.
Overall Shawbrook was able to work 4,067 items; 1,130 relating to short-term loans and 2,937 to term loans.
On the legal side just under half (46%) of instructions were completed within 30 days, while one tenth completed in 10 days or fewer.
