National law firm Shoosmiths has expanded its finance team with the appointment of a further specialist in asset finance litigation and recoveries.
Roger Potgieter, former Recoveries and Litigation Manager at On:Line Finance, and more recently, solicitor at Lester Aldridge, recently joined Shoosmiths – where he will continue to develop his specialist knowledge in Motor Finance and Consumer Credit litigation.
Roger has gained experience both in-house and in private practice handling all aspects of asset finance and Consumer Credit litigation and recoveries. He will focus on issues such as dealer misrepresentation and related agency matters, wrongful interference with goods, innocent purchaser claims, dual financing disputes, satisfactory quality claims, as well as fraud prevention, investigation and recovery.
